Terms of Service

By creating an account, publishing an event or registering for an event you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

• Describe your event honestly, including date, venue, pricing and what attendees receive.
• Publish accurate payment details and confirm registrations promptly after verifying payment.
• Handle your own refunds, cancellations and attendee disputes, since payments are made directly to you.
• Comply with applicable laws, venue rules, licensing and tax obligations for your event.
• Only collect attendee information you genuinely need, and handle it responsibly.

When you register for an event you contract with the organizer, not with Eventrk Go. Pay using the details the organizer publishes, upload a truthful payment proof, and present your QR pass at check-in. Passes are personal to the registration they were issued for.

• Participant payments go directly to the organizer. Eventrk Go does not hold funds and takes no commission on ticket sales.
• Events up to 50 attendees are free to publish. Larger capacities require a one-time activation fee based on the capacity tier.
• Increasing capacity later costs only the difference to the higher tier.
• Activation fees are non-refundable once the event is published.

Do not use Eventrk Go for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or harmful events, to send spam, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or remove events and accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of the event content you upload and grant Eventrk Go the licence needed to host and display it on your event page and in related communication. The Eventrk Go platform, brand and software remain ours.

We work to keep Eventrk Go available and reliable, but the service is provided as-is without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Eventrk Go for the event concerned. We are not liable for an event's cancellation, quality or outcome.

We may update these terms as the product evolves and will change the date above when we do. You may stop using Eventrk Go at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
