One event, start to finish

A weekend photography workshop

The same seven days, without a spreadsheet.

Monday
The page goes up
Aisha creates “Weekend Photography Workshop”, adds a banner, a schedule and two ticket types — Standard RM120 and Student RM70 — capped at 24 seats.
Monday evening
The link goes out
She previews the page for free, activates the capacity she needs, publishes, and drops one link into three WhatsApp groups.
Tuesday
Registrations arrive
Participants pick their ticket, enter their details, pay her DuitNow QR directly and attach the receipt.
Wednesday
Approvals in one pass
Aisha opens her registrations list, checks each proof against her own account and approves. Each approval sends a confirmation email with the QR pass and receipt.
Friday
One update, everyone informed
The venue changes rooms. One event update reaches every registered attendee by email and a copy-ready WhatsApp message.
Saturday
The door takes four minutes
She scans passes from her phone, searches by name for the two people who lost theirs, and adds one walk-in.
Sunday
The numbers are already there
24 registered, RM2,460 collected into her own account, 22 checked in — exported to CSV for her records.
