Android

Chrome

  1. 1Open go.eventrk.com in Chrome.
  2. 2Tap “Install Eventrk Go” if the installation message appears.
  3. 3Otherwise, tap the ⋮ browser menu.
  4. 4Select “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”, then tap Install.

Eventrk Go will appear on your home screen.

iPhone / iPad

Safari

  1. 1Open go.eventrk.com using Safari.
  2. 2Tap the Share button.
  3. 3Scroll down and select “Add to Home Screen”.
  4. 4Confirm the name Eventrk Go, then tap Add.

Eventrk Go will now appear on your iPhone or iPad home screen like an app. Safari does not offer an automatic install prompt.

Windows

Chrome or Edge

  1. 1Open go.eventrk.com.
  2. 2Look for the install icon in the browser address bar, or open the browser menu and choose to install Eventrk Go.
  3. 3Confirm installation.
  4. 4Launch Eventrk Go directly from Windows.

Mac

Supported browsers

  1. 1Open go.eventrk.com in a supported browser.
  2. 2Open the browser installation or site menu.
  3. 3Select the option to install or add Eventrk Go as an app.
  4. 4Launch Eventrk Go from your installed applications.
