Eventrk Go is an event registration and check-in service operated by Eventrk. When you create an event, you are the organizer and controller of your attendees' information; Eventrk Go processes that information on your behalf.

• Account information: name, email address and password credentials.
• Organizer profile: organization name, description, contact details and payment instructions you choose to display.
• Event information: event details, schedule, ticket types, images and page content you publish.
• Registration information: attendee names, emails, phone numbers and any additional fields you request.
• Payment proofs: receipts or transfer screenshots uploaded by participants for organizer review.
• Usage information: basic technical logs such as device, browser and timestamps used to keep the service secure.

• To create and display event pages and process registrations.
• To generate QR passes and confirmation emails once an organizer approves a registration.
• To let organizers communicate with their attendees by email and WhatsApp.
• To charge one-time event activation fees and keep billing records.
• To protect the service against abuse, fraud and technical failure.

Participant payments are made directly to the organizer using the payment details the organizer publishes. Eventrk Go does not hold participant funds and does not receive participant card or bank credentials. Event activation fees paid to Eventrk Go are processed by our payment provider, which handles card details directly.

Registration information is shared with the organizer of the event you register for. We also use service providers for hosting, email delivery and payment processing, who may process information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.

Event and registration records are retained while your account is active so organizers can access attendance history. Payment proofs are retained for the period needed to resolve payment disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

• Access, correct or delete your account information from your profile settings.
• Ask an organizer to remove your registration from their event.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential event emails; transactional messages such as your pass remain.
